ALAN DEWEY

A Class 15 roof photo recently confirmed that the dome between the exhaust ports does exist, so only the high cab issue requires rectification at the number 2 end.

The cab came off fairly easily, having been removed for chip fitting by a previous owner. The cab base spigots were removed and the height reduction was achieved by carefull work on the base and the top ledges with wet and dry paper.

This becomes a balance of height reduction, and fixing retention by the top ledges. The screwdriver marks have been filled on the running plate, flushglaze added and the numbers removed with T Cut. The cab interior still requires toning down.
